Q. Do you require a minimum of hours and days a week in order to provide care?

We are one of the only, if not the only home care provider offering as little as one-hour visits and no requirement on number of days of care per week.

Yes, we are pleased to offer our services wherever an older adult resides.

Q. How are your caregivers screened?

All At-Home Care Company caregivers receive extensive criminal and background checks and reference verification before hire.

Q. What kind of services do you provide?

We are pleased to offer a full range of highly personalized, non-medical services in the home, such as housekeeping and organization, personal care services including assistance with bathing/showering, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting and incontinence needs, companionship, accompanied transportation, and more. Q. What if my caregiver is sick and cannot make it to my house?

We know that there are times when caregivers become ill or are away on vacation. We let our clients know as soon as possible when their regular caregiver is unavailable, and provide an equally skilled and trained caregiver to step in to ensure seamless, high quality care.

Q. How quickly can I arrange for service?

Services can typically be arranged within 24 hours, and sometimes sooner, depending on the individual circumstances.
